TRAINING & QUALIFICATION SERVICES
Comprehensive Training Programs

Training is structured into two sessions:
1. Fundamental Training
Introduction to NIMO technology, instrument operation, and MENTOR software analysis.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT (TSA)
TSA
Each Lambda-X instrument includes one year of technical support, with the option to extend via an annual TSA subscription. This agreement ensures priority access to expert guidance, software updates, and on-demand assistance.
